Spain set to ban all exotic pets and closes Zoos

Yeah basically anything that's not a cat or dog would fall in the exotic category.

I totally agree with you Kai! I would love bull fighting and zoos to go away. On the topic of exotic animals…I think they should do something about the selling (not sure what) but not ban them altogether. Also yes! Would you be able to make a video about Franco? That’d be cool! p.s. I’m in Madrid now and have been having a pretty good time “tapeando” and just enjoying the culture!

I'm glad you like Madrid. It's one of my favorite cities. I go there a lot haha and sure I can do a video about Franco. And as far as the law goes I think if they are going to do this then they have to be consistent because if they allow the bull fights to continue I don't see them really caring about animal rights 😕

They should get rid of bullfighting, zoos and selling pets from pet stores. But they should encourage shelters and ethical breeders imo.

bullfighting is nothing like zoos and saying they are on the same level is crazy, zoos do not do arenas where the lions get teased and then eaten later, zoos purpose is animal conservation.

Wow Kai. What kind of world do we live in that would call a rabbit an "exotic animal" and not allow it (or parrots!??) as pets, but allow bulls to be put to death for sport?? I hope you can still keep your babies, ferocious as they may be 🤣🤣

Hahaha exactly. When I heard about this I was like wtf? But basically any pet that's not a cat or a dog is labeled exotic, but i think it's ridiculous especially if they allow bull fighting to continue. Also they eat rabbits here and sell the meat at the grocery store....so I'm like um.. they want to take my rabbits away but I can buy rabbit meat to eat? Doesn't make sense at all.
