Delhi rust remover what to use the one u used in video not available? 8:43 similar issue. Also pls guide how to repair the type of similar roof ? Same as u anti rust paint, then zinc primer then use cement mixture with SBR? Or shall I just use Nitrobond SBR and use it as primer then use Renderoc s2 micro concrete ? What is more effective method and stronger ?

You can not repair the corroded rebars eventually the rebars will continue to deteriotate and will cause cracks and spalling on the concrete ceiling.

I live in Hong Kong and here too much moisture in air. I did this in my home 2 times but it will swallow again after 6 months to 1 year as new plaster is not getting joint with old cement. Please suggest me what to do. Regards.

You need a Bonding Agent. Usually after the loose RCC is removed & rebars cleaned & coated with epoxy / anti corrosion paints / zinc primer a binding agent is brushed on the ceiling. Polymer modified mortar is applied while the bonding agent is still wet. For best results the modified mortar is applied in small parts and manually pressed on the ceiling. Depending on the depth of the cracks in the ceiling you may need to apply a second coat of polymer modified mortar. Such mortar becomes quite smooth on curing. To ensure that the resultant surface bonds to the next coat of mortar / pop / other finishing material; the mortar coat is slightly scratched. Also it's recommended to remove some rcc under the existing rebars. This ensures that the polymer modified mortar forms a continuous envelope. This coating; under the existing rebars and over the exposed / visible area of the rebars not only acts as a complete cover for the metals but also acts as secondary bonding Layer between the old concrete and the new plaster / mortar.
