I love hearing beautiful female voices (like yours) in sleep learning lessons. It will also help when the Spanish is spoken with the right intonation, rather than sounding sounding like a sentence being read from a piece of paper. Just a suggestion :)

Or favor puede alguien ayudarme: porqué ellos comen los vegetales y ellos se comieron las manzanas. Cuál es la diferencia entre las dos frases.? Porque no hay se en la primera pero hay se en la otra frase?

You can say “ellos comen los vegetales or ellos se comen los vegetales” and both sentences are correct. But you couldn’t say “ellos comieron las manzanas” because “se comieron” indicates the action taken in the past tense.
