I've been up for 20 hrs and I have to be back up in 2 hrs, but I've been having SUCH insomnia restlessness lately. Somehow I had a feeling that flutes would help to soothe me, but this video was even better than I expected. The music and reason are perfectly gentle and balanced so there's no startling dynamic changes, and the background scenery is beautiful and relaxing as well, so soft and still and comforting. As soon as I turned this on I felt the bodily tension and frantic thoughts melt away into perfect peace. My eyes are already closing. Thank you so much for this good medicine 🙏💜

Thank you for making these. My only wish was that the screen stayed dark- the hand was very bright & there was random light blue background for the word "midnight" (example 11:45, 42:25, 3:47:03) which lit up the room & was disruptive to sleep. Again, thank you for making these for us.

This is a really great video that should be used as a awake lesson as well. One thing is the key phrases you use, you should break this into smaller lessons. I have a pretty good vocab but these phrases have really helped me

The accent is there as strong as can be!! It is not really important however. People think that the/their accent is a disavantage but they are confused with PRONUNCIATION which is a totally different thing. The female voice used here has an accent in both languages which is beautiful; yet what makes the whole video best is her pronunciation that is really good in Spanish. Kudos to her for working so hard on the best and most important thing, PRONUCIATION!! Accents can interfer with good pronuciation so I understand people’s confusion between the accents and pronunciation. I hope this is helpful to many people.

This i think will help me but In future videos as suggestion for someone like me I have adhd and add. My gf, roomates and all the Coe workers I've met since moving to TX are spanish and there is a language barrier it took me a month to learn kelpasa by memorie only because morrow would come up every morning and say kelpasa joseph. Id fist bump him and think nothing of it. About 3 or 4 weeks down the line i go to my roomate and say wtf does kelpasa mean he replies it means whats up vato. I have had a horrible time learning Spanish. Ive been learning for six months. I know the basics, kelpaso, vato, primo, amigo, senorita, amor but it may help to repeat the English word more then once or right after saying the spanish word only because i forget what word is being said. The English version word is only Said once the while the spanish word is repeated multiple times oh great now multiple words looool
