I've just found your channel and I really like it. I'm at an intermediate level but I have never been able to find any good videos explaining the word "acaso". I'd be very grateful if you were able to spend a few minutes on this word.

Acabo de terminar tu video. Estuvo muy util y interesante como siempre. (Say, how's about doing one on the past of the subjunctive, Harry? I always find that little number challenging. But, wait a minute, I can't remember having seen one from you on the present subjunctive yet, so you you may have to deal with this intriguing mood in the present first. Keep up the good work there, bloke. This channel is a breath of fresh air).

What about "Si no tienes un mapa, acabarás por perderte." Can't one use "acabar por" with the future tense?
@gottlos72 жыл бұрын
I just ended up here. I'm a native spanish speaker. fun fact: youtube teachers call ACABARSE: reflexive verb, but the correct name is pronominal verb.
@scotthullinger46842 жыл бұрын
It all depends upon which university you learn your language in. To say "reflexive" is absolutely correct. But that's not the same as saying that pronominal is wrong. What it means is that we use different words to describe the same thing.

Muy interesante. Un pequeño detalle. acabar equivale a eyacular, no tener orgasmo, por lo menos en mi pais Venezuela. ¡Muy buen trabajo! Acaba de acabárseme le dinero.- I have just run our of money!
