really love the slapped together SV to get you all together out of their way to go. Not for nothing if I were on a team, you know I would really hope that I would be on your team because I really can't build an SV for anything. I'VE watched you so many times build a ship SV or just even built a HC to get around and have not been too far off on getting off the ground but when it gets to the bigger builds I suck at it. I know it has not been all you it's been teamwork and you guys are making One hell of a team. great job to you and the TEAM. I can't wait until you guys get to the next planet and see what the hell you do from there. really like the video please keep them coming looking forward to seeing much more GL in the next video Ill be watching for it ............

those ruins tend to have generators small and some plant boxes in the underground story. Those red cores are salvageable with the multitool. The SV has titanium blocks. Also, there are bunkers with deconstructors in it, so taking blocks might be good

26:18 "Wrecked SMALL (???) Vessel"? These wreckages are from an SV Overture, one of the most expensive (tier 4) vanilla creations of the late Pyston. Good for salvaging, but trying to get it to fly will be a lot of work.

This episode reminded me a bit of not only the Star Salvage scenario, but also of my own struggles on Tallodar on the Broken Eden server where I had an "HV constructor" docked onto a very under-powered SV until I settled into a base. Can't wait to see where things go from here.

forgive my ignorance, why does the server mention not mining out an entire asteroid?

If the asteroid is entirley removed then it no longer exists and therefore will not regenerate when the regen timer kicks off. Same rule applies for POIs, you must leave some blocks behind so it can regenerate for the next player or eventually all POIs would just be destroyed
