Ned Squirtle is amazyng, have a great punish game ,amazyng reactions with ftilt, and nice and creative combos.

NGL I don't understand a lot of Ned's decisions...idk if it's nerves or something else but he wasn't playing well at all like he usually does, and I just wanna say before this that Ned is one of my fav pkmn trainers. Like his movement was decent for the most part but he made really poor choices trying to come down every time he got juggled, and he baited Sparg0 so many times and had him dead to rights on so many whiffs or unsafe shield hits, and especially his up-b usage. However it looked like this game Ned couldn't punish for shit. So many of those situations Sparg0 came out completely untouched, when it could have been kills or tons of damage. Not just that but he would stay squirtle in so many situations where Sparg0 was off stage with no limit...just waiting at ledge then choosing a really shit option most of the time and giving up advantage state. That's textbook Ivysaur down air or neutral air time. Not only that but when playing Ivy he had so many opportunities for juggles with up air or even kills with up air up b but he wouldn't pressure when spargo was above him, another situation he could've gotten a super early kill after hitting Sparg0 with an ivysaur nair off stage, could've just done one more that's guaranteed and killed him at super low percent but he backs off and let's spargo get stage back. Or he would just switch off Ivysaur when Sparg0 is off stage...like bruh Ivy's the best edge guarder of the 3 hands down. I think last game he had another easy layup opportunity to either footstool, down air, or hell even just nair Sparg0 for another early kill when he was zard. He had just got back to ledge and was hanging and Sparg0 was whiffing cross slash right beneath him and then stuck in limit side-b lag. Idk, just tons of missed opportunities.
