spark plug replacement on a Peugeot 308 1.6 2008

A guide on i would replace the spark plugs on this vehicle, while replacing the spark plugs, coil packs can also be change if needed.

Nice video, thank you. BTW - I think you are using wrong kind of spark plugs. The original ones are with Iridium and with 3 electrodes

@@DaringBeefcake Actually, after removing my spark plugs (which are supposed to be the original ones) they were like yours - with 1 electrode .. I'm not sure why the replacement ones given to me by Citroen dealer were with 3 electrodes ..

Do you need to disconnect the battery before doing this or is it ok to leave it connected ?

Sean Pereira theres no need to disconnect the battery. Just make sure no operates the ignition while you work on the car. If in doubt just disconnect the battery its not a problem.

Do you know what the gap should be. Does it vary with plug type. beru plug fitted seems very wide gap 1.5 mm plus? Thanks for your video.

1.5 may be a bit wide, I think max is 1.0 mm or 0.7

Numaan Raptor if its the same engine and size like 1.6 and similar year then probably yes. You can still compare them once you remove them.
