Thank you for this video. have two questions for you. Should the spark plug have anti seize in the threads? Anything else I should change out while I am in that area. My mirage has 138k miles. Thanks once again for the video.

Depends on the spark plug ;most of the brands now don't need antiseize

How reliable has this 3A92 engine been ? just regular servicing is required or anything special needs to be done ? -Overall how has the long term experience been ? -I saw all your Mirage videos, looks like all the parts are easily accessible for servicing and can be done at home? I currently have a Honda Prelude so compared to that this Mirage's engine bay looks more accessible. EGR valve, serpentine belt with the alternator as a tensioner, electrical power steering etc ..seems like its easier to service and maintain. -I understand 3A92 has port injection so not much issue of carbon build up on the valves ?

Hi ! In my possession, the fuel pump had some problems and I replaced it . Overall it's a ok car for the price . It might be challenging to order some parts like the wheel bearing from what I heard ( depending where you live ) . If you consider buying it , the best is to of course, inspect it as much as possible; Good maintenance on time can make any car run much longer than average I in my opinion the components feels low quality and the engine has nothing out of the ordinary thus the impression of DIY friendly. Yes the intake valves will not get carbon build on

Hi mate, I hope you are doing well. I have the same car and I facing the following issue: When I turn the key slowly (before the start point) the lights in the panel turn on (as it should be) but once I turn the key to the start point the car just "die" (also lights/radio/panel turn off). The only way to make it work again is if I open the hood and close it firmly, or wait for 5 to 10 minutes until the energy comes back and I can try starting the car again. I'm 100% sure that the battery is not the issue (is a new battery) and if I try a couple of times (doing the way I said) the car will work. Do you know what could be the reason for that?
