For those curious: Vegeta's great ape power level is 180,000. Ginyu's is 120,000 and he's the strongest. While yes Great Ape vegeta is technically stronger then the ginyu's i dont think he can beat the ginyu force, I dont think the force is stupid enough to fight him 1 on 1 as a great ape. EVEN IF they are that stupid, yes vegeta can just stomp guldo, jeice and recoome, but burter is still "the fastest in the in the universe" and great ape is slow, a bad match up, and ginyu can body change. Also want to point that if even an idiot like yaijirobe can figure out the tail weakness. Its only a matter of time before the ginyu's do aswell

As a professional power scaler, I’ve gotta say Frieza would be cooked in this what if. Basically during Vegeta’s initial attack, Base Goku is comparable to his Kaiokenx3 power in canon. He then dies and gets about 2 months of King Kai training. From there he gets Kaioken and should be stronger than he was in canon. From there he gets an extra year of training in the Gravity Chamber alongside Vegeta (it took Frieza 2 years to get from Namek to Earth). Training with Vegeta is literally his best training method by even Whis’s measures. So considering it took Goku 6 days to get as powerful as he did, then imagine how strong he got after doing that 61X over with Vegeta. So like with KaiokenX20 Goku should at least be a challenge to Frieza’s full power if not outright stronger.
