Ok I have a problem now after I land on one foot I immediately sit down and I don’t know how to help myself 💀 if anybody had this problem and overcame it can you please help me!

Usually confidence helps, people usually sit down when they think they can't land the jump. Holding your hands out to the right when you land may also help, and don't hesitate during the landing, try to make it snappy. Don't know if this'll help (or if you already fixed this problem) but these tips helped me!
