Spark is the best color dye I have ever try. It stay for a long time. I have it on violet and I wash my hair once a week or two time a week and it became to fade in three months. Very good stuff.

I've been using sparks for years and love it. It's super cheap and comes out bright. It hardly bleeds if you rinse with cold water and use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. The colors never bleed on clothing either. And it smells good.

No it makes the colour less vibrant more like a pastel colour I guess it sort of makes it weaker x

Oh ok. I read up a little more and found out foil helps keep the colors from bleeding into each other. But mine bleed in when I take a shower after waiting however long I need to. What's the best course of action for this then? And thank you! ^____^

I currently have my bangs dyed red hot and the brand is sparks and I really love it! its really vibrant and it also smells good! but the cashier said you don't use developer or something if you are bleaching your hair then using sparks since it can make your hair fall out. just a warning!

Alyssa G It makes it a lighter colour so your hair doesn't turn out as dark or vibrant. also, it makes the dye last longer because you're using less dye

Can anyone tell me their experience w the clear sparks color to add to create pastels? I used a similar product called splat that was essentially for the same effect but it did NOT stay. It washed right out w no color directly after application. I thought maybe it was because im using more clear base and a drop or 2 of actual hair color but i have no clue if thats why the color didnt take. Any tips, feedback or personal experience on this?

I find sparks color is great to make pastels! its very concentrated so it goes far and can last a while... you only need a tiny bit for pastels, like a teaspoon size... even with cheap conditioner it works well...:)

well, I know this comment is a bit too late but 9 times out of ten a bright color is not going to come out bright ( or might not even show at all ) on dark hair. Everyones hair is different but this is just from my experience plus its the truth. If you want to dye your hair ( especially a light color) you need to bleach your hair.
