ചെറുപ്പത്തിലേ ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് മേഖലയോട് താല്പര്യം. ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ മേഖലയിൽ ഡിപ്ലോമ എടുത്തതിന് ശേഷം എറണാകുളത്ത് ഒരു കോൺട്രാക്ടറുടെ കൂടെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കാൻ അവസരം കിട്ടി. അതിനുശേഷം അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ തന്നെ പാർട്ണറായി വളർന്നു. അതിനിടെ ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ പ്രൊഡക്ടുകളുടെ കമ്പനി തുടങ്ങി. കോൺട്രാക്ട് വർക്കും കമ്പനിയും ഒരുമിച്ച് കൊണ്ടുപോകാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു. കോൺട്രാക്ടറുടെ മരണശേഷം സ്വന്തം നിലയിൽ മുന്നോട്ട് പോകാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചു. അതിനായി അനുജനെക്കൂടെ ബിസിനസിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുവന്നു. തൊഴിലിലെ പൂർണ്ണതകൊണ്ട് പല ഉപഭോക്താക്കളും തങ്ങളുടെ പുതിയ പ്രോജക്ടുകളുടെ വർക്കുകൾ വിളിച്ച് നല്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി. ഇന്ന് 160 പേർക്ക് തൊഴിൽ കൊടുക്കുന്ന ലീല ഗ്രൂപ്പിന് 25 കോടിയോളം വിറ്റുവരവുണ്ട്. ഒരു കാര്യത്തെപ്പറ്റി പഠിച്ച്, അതിന് അനുയോജ്യമായ ഒരാളെ കണ്ടെത്തി അവർക്ക് ഫ്രീഡം നൽകി പ്രോഫിറ്റ് ഉണ്ടാക്കുക എന്ന രീതിയാണ് ഇദ്ദേഹം പിന്തുടരുന്നത്. എൽദോയുടെയും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ സംരംഭമായ ലീല ഗ്രൂപ്പിന്റെയും സ്പാർക്കുള്ള കഥ...
