I was in Thailand, met him and trained with him at tiger muay thai and he wasn‘t signed to one yet. But even back there he told me he‘s in thailand to fight rodtang one day. Like 2-3 years later i was very impressed when i saw his fight with rodtang. Kept his word and desire 💯 If you read this Denis, congrats and greeting from Germany 🫵🏼🔥

This is how you spar and have a long career, and a retirement without cognition problems after, or down the line... Nearly same speed and intensity as hard sparring except this way you can be creative and try some new/risky moves without fearing losing braincells permanently. On top of this, recovery is very fast, meaning this way you can train more.

Jeff, I love your content and have been watching it for ages, but I realised something and curious to find out. How come you never get any bruises after sparring? Every sparring match we do in our gym, leaves us with some bruises and we use headgear, but MMA gloves instead of boxing gloves.

Please Jeff come to France we have so many good fighters in kick boxing (Cedric Doumbe, Lebanner..etc), muay thai (Jean-Charles Skarbowsky) and mma (Cyril Gane, Benoit St Denis, Nassourdine Imanov, Saladine Parnasse) so many gym where you can have good footage and good sparring session and i'm sure you will get a huge fan base from there. So Jeff had better defense, angles, setups, used distance better and didn't stand in front of his opponent here like he did with Clifton. Funny how things seem to work out better that way. I enjoyed watching this sparring session. Dennis' sparring is nice and he has good fundamentals.
