Go to a channel called SIAM boxing and watch their sparing wars videos, this is so awkward to watch and unauthodox takes the beauty out of striking(just my opinion). id love to see you go spar with those killers on a respectful one. they also do takedowns he has another video called sweat box also very clean high level sparing. i implaw you to reach out it would produce some very good content.

❤Jeff Chan is getting really good ! Any news of competitions he might be taking part in . In the future. I watched Mr. Chan win the Self Defence challenge series set up by. Martial Arts Journey . I thought Jeff Chan was taking part in The One Championship. Surely it's time to try and make a name for himself in Mixed Martial Arts now ? He seems to be The Hottest talent on KZbin. I would invest in Jeff Chan for sure. If there was a chance to buy into his Boxing Company for a share of future profits. Like in the book : King of The World about Muhammad Ali. They launced M. Ali with an incredibly intelligent deal. Selling some of his winnings to. Newspapers. Very clever Boxing contract there was formed. I have over 3 000 readers on Facebook now from 300 only in around August 23. So A Robert Farr is experiencing incredible growth in Media ! ❤❤

I 10xed my improvement when I learned from Jeff that I have the freedom to do and try anything. As a beginner in classes, you're taught all these dogmatic "rules" (like never double up kicks and punches on the same side, always have your guard in 1 certain way, don't use head movement in kickboxing, etc.) which made me afraid to experiment with different movements. This video is proof that there's endless forms, which can be intimidating for beginners, but it also gives you the playbook to start improving, mastering each counter/counter-the-counter one at a time.

Jeff I was a Police officer for 30 years, and as a relatively young Cop (6 years in) I was lucky enough to get partnered with an ex prison officer who worked in a high security high risk prison, He had joined the job so was new in policing terms, but very highly experienced with dynamic high risk close contact situations. I'm only 46 seconds into your video, but you struck a very valid note. The Police had shown me lots and lots of different holds, strikes, and moves. My time spent in the gym with my apprentice, I learned so much. His view was find several strikes, moves, blocks you enjoy and are confident using and forget the rest. That advice saved my life on more than two occasions. I dealt with all manner of street weapons and idiots. I'm no tough guy, but I can think on my feet. Confidence and practice practice practice with your comfy moves will pay dividends. As always another great video Jeff. Good defensive fighting is reactionary and a product of repeated practicing of counter strikes and moves. I have never fought offensively, apart from reacting defensively. We are different !

countering a counter is called "counter time," and is a fencing term. Bruce Lee picked it up from fencing. Funny thing is as I was intercepting these young national champ boxers over a decade ago, they started countering my counter. Good fighters figure this out and adjust. that's why being a one trick pony is not usually great for ring fighting. We began playing a game of feinting, countering and countering the counter (counter time. ) Boxing is the sweet science. You set up counter time by feinting and eliciting the counter, then, counter the counter.
