He sure has legit moves and tactics, he's obviously a veteran martial artist as he said in the beginning, he's the founder of high rollers Jiu-jitsu and smokers muay thai. He sets up his counters beautifully, he would also time his strikes as soon as jeff attacks. Then immediately frames Jeff's arms for the clinch. Not sure if he used to fight professionally but his fight experience definitely shows.

Dude..i think this is underrated and people for some reason don't notice as much, but your long guard game is so good, you parry and deflect and SEE everything, not alot of hard blocks or shelling, you're parrying everything and taking NO DAMAGE, since you're up against bigger, taller dudes most of the time, that long guard is so useful and it works for you so well, it's insane. Cheers!

As others said, those guys are professionals. They are legit. You can tell that they understand when to go, and when to keep it under control. The good bodyguard really needs that skill with control because anyone can be a brute, but it takes a real intelligent fighter to discern when it's not the time to go. And with celebrities and VIPs, you have to figure out what is a real threat and what is just an over-excited person who has no actual bad intentions. People with ego problems, people who are predisposed to be violent... they cannot be in the professional security business. The job requires violence, yes, but it's a disciplined kind of violence and that ability to go from cool to demon and back again at the flip of a switch.

Great work, I liked how controlled those friendly giants are, they didn't try to take your head off, they have no ego, I have been training Dutch kickboxing for 4 months, I have two main sparring partners who are bigger and more experienced than I am, I already got dropped 4/5 times, my nose was almost broken twice, I am good friends with them, I have learnt a lot from them but sometimes they made me wish if they take it easier on me little bit more, I am planning to switch to ju-jitsu after having a few amateur kickboxing bouts

When I was doing Shooto over 30 years ago, I had a couple of Gym mates about 280 lbs. I was 150 lbs. I would go in and out, pepper them, then eventually I would have to grapple, and would end up getting crushed on the mat. Size matters. Love how those guys are just taking stuff and coming forward. It's important as smaller guy to face monsters, to both understand your limitations, but also what you can do. I also think about the foul tactics I would have to do if it were a street situation.
