This is insane the evolution you've been through. I was following you back then almost at first day. The way I see how you spar. This is a wise man that I see now. It seems like since the fight at one FC you are a new man that have nothing to prove you are just enjoying life and make students learn from the sensei you've become. RESPECT BROTHER 🙏. As a father you have to be an exemple now.

Yes. All fighters go through this stage. At first they’re enthusiastic and full of ego, then they mature and sparring becomes a fun game. Good fighters play.

You love that hip sweep! That's a very common technique in Silat, but is performed slightly different but the principles are the same. I appreciate how you are such a humble and nice individual. I think the first video I saw of you was you telling your life story. Just from that I gained a lot of appreciation for you and your journey. Keep up the great work.

Hey Jeff I just watched your sparring session, and I have to say, you’re looking sharp! The movement and technique are on point. I noticed you’re wearing Primo gloves-how do you like them so far? I’ve heard great things about them, and I’m thinking about getting a pair myself. Would love to hear your thoughts on their performance. Keep up the great work, and I’m looking forward to seeing more of your training!

5:52 I've never actually done any lead question mark kicks in any of my fights even though I totally could/should have, and only a few in sparring 🥲 Is it because the range of motion is smaller and therefore harder?
