Those hammer fists were dope, love to see any hand strike that isn't a regular punch. Backfist, hammer fist, palm strike, knife hand, etc...

Interesting sparring session! I’m wondering if the hammer fists that one guy was throwing were from yaw yan, Filipino kickboxing. They throw a lot of different strikes, like hammer fists, that mirror common movements in stick fighting.
