@@CanadianBirdNerd I'm in northeast Illinois and same thing. More sparrows than I can remember and no Siskins. Love the way the sparrows also fly away together when spooked.

I have had a bunch of pool parties here in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Here are finches in the winter kzbin.info/www/bejne/i6bWc2ZrgdaipKs And here are the house sparrows in the winter kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y5jNf3WprN17g9U You can see a few videos of Pine Siskins and Redpolls taking over the feeders as well. I'm using AXIS P1448 and AXIS p1468 cameras
