The lyrics are absolutely incredible. The creativity in his usage of English is like how a foreign speaker describes things in such an abstract way, yet we're able to understand it. So creative

2023 and Jim posted a version of this to his own KZbin channel and it's also a masterpiece. I love this version but I think I love the new version more although it's possibly just recency bias

I got rid of all my CDs when streaming became a thing, but I kept all three of my Sparta albums which are now on display in my office at home. Always will have a special place in my heart. Especially this live set.

Opinions differ, especially when it's about music. So technically you shouldn't say the mars volta is better, only that you find it better.;) I think tmv's first album was amazing, the other 2 nothing special. And I like Sparta, because of the melodies, Jim's voice and all the emotion in the songs. This acoustic live video is one of my favorites.

What do the percentages on their guitars stand for?
@Big6Duke5 жыл бұрын
Do you have the other song they did as well?
@colinmorris469018 жыл бұрын
It's not drop D, I don't think, because they tune their lowest strings down at the end of the song without changing the rest. Although I'm not familiar with how to play this song... their tuning at the end of it doesn't seem to suggest anything lower than D, like drop C (which would require retuning all the strings). Sorry, is this making any sense?

@inefficient18 жыл бұрын
Its definatley Dropped D - but there arent any tabs for their acoustic stuff. You just need to figure it out from the original version. Thats what I had to do for "Air"
