I have the kydex sheath from spartan blades with the ronin Shinto and like you said my blade is actually hitting into the sheath itself and sulking my blade. They said it is under warranty and they’ll fix it for me but I do want another sheath that doesn’t full my blade and scratch off the coating on the blade.

The crazy thing is that the sheaths that come with Spartan blades are some of the BEST factory sheaths out there, and they are still completely insufficient. Custom is the only way to go, unfortunately.
