The Fact That There Is Even Any Debate On Who's The Best HBCU BAND Is obsurd. Southern University, JSU, TXSU Has Never Sounded This Melodic Balanced And Powerful On Or Off The Field. Norfolk Sounds Even Better While They Are Marching 90 degrees at That. They Are Just Built Different. Forever The Best Overall HBCU. They Are The Gold Standard Of Any HBCU Noone Will Ever Compare I Give NCAT 2nd To Them
