Not sure if you already know this . But pickle juice helps with the cramps. I’ve started carrying some in situations like that.

After doing so many races on the West Coast, like Tahoe, Big Bear, and even Colorado. This was the most easiest and boring race I've done. So flat and hardly challenging.

I haven't done any on the West Coast before. This one was very flat. The swamp terrain was new for me and added a different challenge.
