Hello po. We do our training sessions sa Bridgetowne Obstacle Park in Pasig. Open area po ito so mainit. Na e vlog ko din po yon. Open sila from 6am to 6pm. I think daily. Also, may mga coaches din doon that can train you. Approach lang po sa reception area under the tree. Haha Other option is Obstacle Central in Mandaluyong. Ito covered naman siya. These training grounds has replica ng lahat ng mga obstacles na merun in the actual race. Goodluck po. See you!

Yes po. You need to join the 5K, 10K and 21K in a year.
