⚠ The course is the same as for the Sprint distance plus the detour from 0:45 to 2:27. For safety reason there is no crossing of the Olympiasee (lake) in the dark during the night sprint.

⚠ For the record: I don't like the Rule change with the introduction of the penalty loop. So for every ❌failed obstacle i paid with the set of 30 Burpees, like it was in the good old times. (same goes for the night race the previous evening)

This year we got lucky 🍀 with the weather 😎 The previous two years the crossing of the lake was canceled due to the low temperatures🥶

As i told you before: See if there is one in you area an sign up! Sadly the events are a little bit expensive so better to sign up as soon as registrations open than last minute.
