Very cool compilation ! Do they have anywhere to shower and clean off before leaving to go home ?

I believe every venue will have hoses hooked up so you can rinse yourself off and your clothing. A few venues have had like actually shower areas, but I don't remember off hand which ones those are (it is only a few I've been to.)

curious what the total elevation gain is?

I'm not sure how accurate this is, but from googling it it appears to be approximately 4000 feet.
