I just bough Bama a couple days ago. A bit more squishy than say Iowa just as Spartan said but the guns feel the most accurate of all the ships ive played. Instantly one of my fav ships.

I’ve been playing nothing but the champagne for 5 days straight since I’ve bought it I legit love it. Consistently getting citadels 21km range for cross map support and I have excellent map attention so this is great for me. I’m consistently top two every game

Good video, Alabama is great. My hopw is that we get the last two of the South Dakota class with South Dakota, and Indiana, I also like to have USS Washington (BB-56) to finish out the North Carolina-class, but put it out at Tier 5 like how West Virginia is one tier down from its sister Colorado.

I still think the Massachusetts is better than the iowa. Good guns good speed good secondaries good agility. And those heals definitely help

I run a hybrid secondary/ accuracy build on Massachusetts

The Georgia only got 1 citadel. He got a full pen with it. The 18 inch guns deal 18-21k damage per citadel. Also, the Iowa's are tankier now in because the check armor is much flatter. I have been citadeled through the cheek many times with Alabama and that is the primary reason to the tank difference

Old Lady Bama was my second GXP ship, I really like her and had banger games with her. Unfortunately, it has one of the worst winrates of all of my ships for no other reason than the game/blue team does not want me to win games with her. Kinda sad

I don't quite agree that the Iowa is tankier as in my experience, they can be blown up rather decisively in a salvo or two, whereas the South Dakota class seem less vulnerable to being dispatched in similar fashion. The Iowa is very good but it can be Yamato'd out there, but again, that's from my own holistic observations. Others may differ.

Actually south Dakota class are more tanky in real life, cause they have more armor. Iowa sacrifice armor for more speed.

I've got a whole video on this but I usually recommend Massachusetts because of its versatility in builds where Alabama is really only an accuracy build
