Great video . I have to admit to most of your explanations . Only thing I would criticise is the point with the march speed for infantry. 10 % is huge in my opinion and definitely worth to forge 4 inf set pieces . Infantry are the slowest troop type. I prefer march speed on them as much as possible . Anyways a great video , thanks .

I think you need to look at it differently. You have for cav/archer 17% on talented epic. Now you choose whether to spend 90 for extra 3% or 150 for 8%; for kvk weapon you spend 18.75 legendary material per %, for the non-kvk: 30 materials per %. Huge value difference. That being said, you can do a lot of other equipment before you think about the weapons. In my opinion Inf KvK-helm is #1 upgrade, #2 Hope Cloak, #3 Cav KvK-helm + Cav set shoes&chest, #4 Archer set chest&shoes, #5 Cav Navars Control. After these, in random order: Ash of the Dawn, Inf set shoes&gloves, Archer set glove(very minimal value), KvK Crossbow(debateable; you can maybe do full set for archer). This is mostly based on the value (mats per %).

i think depending on the playing role, whether field fight or rally leader, and the level of paying, the choice is huge different, there is no single decision on which piece is good or not. like for a low spending and field fight focused player, expertise a equipment isn’t really a goal, maximizing the material usage efficiency is more important, in that case, i would prioritize 1) health piece 2) 2 sets pieces 3) kvk helm for inf and cav. my 5 marches are always above others spend more than me on the field

Appreciate your kind words! I don't recommend 5 marches for low spenders at all since it will give you lots of sev woundeds. Go for 2-3 good marches with good equipment. For kills; commanders with high counter attack damage are usually better such as Attila Takeda/Attila Nevsky/ Pakal Harald etc.

definetly not ignore the kvk weapons and if you want to craft a legendary weapon you should only go for these(except archers) 90 mats for normal legendary, 150 for kvk, 60 mats for 5% is definetly worth it not even considering you might crit it. Oh and also it makes your iconic better. Do no craft normal weapons unless you go for bow, go for kvk. Same as helm, straight up better in every way and you dont need to spend gems to unlock the bp

In a world where you have all materials I think you are right. The problem is the time a f2p or low spender has to invest to craft a KvK item VS. just crafting legendary to equip all hes/her marches.

@@Nuth22 im a low spender and I had the materials. In 550 days I have 17 legendaries including 3 accesories, one kvk weapon and one helm, but I 100 spin every egg thats pretty much where I spend my gems

So for me it's kinda hard invest on egg event while investing hard towards VIP 12 (reached 10 in the last more then gems). So for my account I don't think I can invest on materials, VIP and commanders wheels at once.

@@Nuth22 priority in my opinion should be getting to vip 14, I didnt invest in materials early either, only after getting to soc and having alex, ysg and saladin maxed. You want to always have 50k saved for mtg and based on what you have left, you should either do 10 or 100 ysg/alex spins

@@Boost400 Yeah so is mine. I invested like 10 tries just to get the prize. Since I'm infantry main the tutorials agree that the elite helm and armor can/should be skiped. My YSG as a bugget 5/1/1/1 and I didn't sign for Saladin, but already have sculptures to max Alex when he comes, regardless of my luck. I'm saving most of sculptures to SOC. Just have to play safe on open field so I don't get wrecked.

skipping kvk equipment is mistake, if you gonna craft helm or weapon for cavs or inf, definitely go only for kvk ones. set are just waste of materials in the long run

The Milky way gives you 12% health while the set piece gives you 11%+5% set bonus, so going for the set piece gives you 4% more health.

What are your thoughts on using gems to buy Legendary equipment in the VIP shop? I am mostly Infantry and basically zero Archer or Cav equipment. I was thinking about starting to buy a few pieces for both each week. Thoughts?
