Why Wallace is not on the list even though I have him expertised on my re-start account: Simply because it's a risky investment. The moment Lilith releases a aoe smite damage commander for open field (basically Liu che 2.0) Wallace will be benched instantly. But it's still a super strong march if you already have both Wallace and LC expertised

Suntzu is better than charles unless he is expertised. Mehmed is rlly good. Charles only gives stats, other than that he does nothing.
