I have been an ardent follower of your for many years - one might say I am a Moen Groupie. As a senior, I found this video to be particularly emotional, maybe even a bit of a tear jerker. Thanks for all that you have done, do and hopefully continue to do for our sport. By the way, I love the background music - the message of the song dovetails nicely with the theme of the video. What is the title of the song and who is the creator? Thanks again from the Black Hills of South Dakota

My dad has been here 3 times over the past 15 years or so, the last time with me, and it's even better in person than it appears in this spectacular Ted Moen video. Ted does an excellent job capturing the essence of the Spatsizi experience, the beauty of the place , fantastic dry fly fishing and just getting the chance to get to know a unique family like the Collingwoods. A trip of a lifetime..

What beautiful country. Those fish are crazy!! I don't think I've ever seen rainbows jump out of the water that high! What a wonderful experiance to share with your father. There's a special bond between fathers and daughters. I have it with my daughter and my sister has it with our Dad. The fact that you both enjoy fly fishing so much is just a bonus. Those memories will last forever.

Todd Moen. My god man, this is without a doubt the best video of yours that i've ever seen. This was such a moving and incredible video it made me well up with tears seeing the story of this Father and Daughter relationship and the passion in both of them for what they have and do. And in addition the pristine, untouched condition of that water and land is something to be cherished by everyone. And without a doubt those were the most acrobatic rainbow trout i've ever seen, by a large margin, and some of the most natural fish i've seen in a video period. The way they were eating the mouse flies with such ferocity made it clear that those fish were true wild fish and knew how to survive well. Amazing, just everything in this video was amazing and moving and so many of the camera shots and angles were incredibly intuitive and just breath taking. Seeing that trout fire like a rocket to take that dry fly in the one overhead shot just blew me away. And the editing was fantastic. Amazing work, absolutely amazing.

Adam Grasinger THANKS ADAM!!! Wow, thanks very much. I love you love it cause I've done a lot of video production work but over the years it's mostly fly fishing and it is by far the most challenging sport to capture by far. Weather and fish... totally unpredictable. It's down right tough. So thanks for watching and getting the word out! Thanks so much!

Fantastic film - my fantasy fly fishing. I love BC and spent my happiest childhood moments at my grandparent's house on a backwoods lake way up north. They were the only two people living in the "town" of Noralee, on Francois Lake. They had a gas pump, a one-room general store built onto the front of their house, and a few small cabins my grandpa built and rented to fishermen and hunters. My aunt, their daughter, at one time lived in Smithers. It is beautiful up there - thanks for the well done reminder of the beauty up there!

We all know gorgeous country presents opportunity at each turn to create good photos 'n even video. But it takes a true story-teller to impart life - life that grabs you by the collar and yanks you into the story line. And that is .. Todd Moen. Todd is spectacular in getting the images - still or moving - then weaving them into a harmony that captures psyche and soul - luring both, completely into full compliance with the story being told. Anyone who has the Moen Magic applied to them and their story ... will forever be injected into the viewers DNA. The country of the Spatsizi is the canvas of the outdoorsman's dream field. The Collingwoods paint with wide, color-filled brushes, in detail so addicting it is impossible to resist; their infectious love for the outdoors and the engaging life they've become. 'Tis futile! Thank you CAST Magazine for putting these Three amazing elements into a Trilogy of Sensual Tapestry. Even if I were not an avid, flowin'-in-my-blood fly-fisherman, I'd be lapping up the goods flowing off the screen!! And what an outro Song!! The choice of Jutz & Cronin's, 'Figured Out', was pure genius! Only thing better would have been - being the One bearing such genius!! Kudos and Keep the Magic Flowing! - AOJ
