I got mine a few weeks ago. This grip is a godsend! I take a bus into work, which can be a very bumpy ride. This grip keeps a firm grip on the switch, and lets me keep a firm grip on the Switch when we go over the bumps and hit the fast stops. It would take a violent hit for The Switch to be thrown out of this grip. The right side offset makes this grip super comfortable. The case is nice for long term trips, not so much for a work commute. I highly recommend this grip. Well worth the money!

My hands don't get tired using this grip. I could play the Switch in handheld mode for several hours if only the battery would only last that long 👍

I prefer the skull and co. grip bcz it can be docked and the grip can be customized. BEFORE ANYONE FREAKS OUT AND TALKS ABOUT THE RIGHT JOYCON, just put the bottom of your thumb or right part of your palm on the stick and rest your top of the thumb on the buttons. Now you don't have to claw grip cuz you can mover your palm and thumb at the same time!

I’ve had my satisfye grip for about 2 weeks now and... I just can’t believe I spent so many hundreds of hours playing Zelda without it. I’ve come to fully rely on this grip for all handheld gaming; it’s an absolute no brainer. You will not find a more convenient, sturdier built and comfortable grip on the market right now. (I’ve spent a lot of time looking, take my word on this)

2 problems with that grip. 1: I wouldn't want any game carts in there (if your switch gets stolen, say goodbye to your expensive games too). And 2, the top + bottom of the grip is just asking to scratch your switch. otherwise it does look like a comfortable grip!

Definitely worth it man, It almost feels naked to me without the grip now. Unfortunately, human hands weren't designed to grip flat objects for any length of time. Your lack of RSI will thank you for it.

For anyone curious, this is the only grip existing that fits with the left hori d pad attached. I took a chance and am so happy. It *just* makes it, the satisfy stops naturally right where the jut out of the hori starts.. I thought it might fit cause i could see in pics, unlike other grips, it did not go all the way to the top at the back. This is now the ultimate setup for portable fighting games and platformers/retro/arcade/nes/genesis etc.

Ok, just to add, I just tried the standard joycon, and that slid in and removed from the satisfye MUCH easier (factory blue and red nintendo joycons).. So obviously the hori dpad is that tiny bit wider as well.. but without too much pressure it DOES fit.. I wouldn't want to be removing it often though.

Just placed my order. Main selling points: Not only do they sell the grip, they sell a case that will accommodate the grip. I don't take my switch on the go much, but it's nice to know that I have some options now. 2. The grip acts as a stand and still accommodates a charge cable being used on the bottom, so the switch can still be "docked" while having the grip on it. My plan is to get a USB-C extension cable to use with my OEM Switch dock, and plug the OEM dock into the bottom of the switch with a right angle adapter on the extension cable while the switch is propped up with this grip. That should still provide safe charging to the switch (provided by OEM dock and AC adapter) and will connect the switch to my TV as if it were docked without having to remove the grip. I can also still use the OEM dock for charging my pro controller. This will also have the benefit of better ventilation for the switch while "docked", and I won't have to worry about the OEM dock scratching the screen anymore. edit: Still waiting on the grip to come in, but I just got a right angle usb-c cable. I seriously doubt the connector will be low profile enough to fit under the grip with it sitting on a surface. I can't find any usb-c right angle extension cables that have a short low profile, except for a few of the usb-c to usb-a cables, which won't work as a dock extension. Sigh. Nothing is easy.

I don't think they need to accommodate other USB cables. 90 degree connectors are not unique to them, you can find them at most electronic stores. Accommodating straight cables would make it taller, more prone to tipping and falling backwards and tougher to store in their case.

I was a backer for the satisfy pro and got mine about three weeks ago. I have large hands and I love this grip. It’s a total game changer. Oh and carrying case is definitely kind of bulky but it’s nice. I’m glad you reviewed this because I was worried about using something else other than the original charger to charge my switch with bricking issues that have happened in the past with third party chargers

I backed the grip months ago and I couldn't be happier. I had stopped playing my Switch in handheld mode, but after getting the grip I found myself playing on the go much more. I am 6' 4" and have rather large hands. This grip makes the Switch much more enjoyable for me.

Got this statisfye grip for over one month, the grip is super great. But what all the reviewers never tell is, they tend to scratch your joy con as well. Now both of my joycons has scratches all over...so sad. Gonna sell off my grip soon

I thought the little rubber kept it from scratching. Do you have like a case surrounding the Joycons or like a skin you put on top? I've heard the limited edition Joycons got scratched by this, but the regular ones are fine.

Jinsei Cast the sharp edges of the outer part caused the scratches, the color fall off from my joy con and if neon it will be more obvious. U may google related keywords and u can see ppl complaint about it

Nice if I had the cramping problem I’d buy this but, the mumba blade case was my selection for the dock-ability and that thing feels great in hand for me. I’m 6’0” with medium/large hands (I usually wear large gloves but I can squeeze into medium for reference) and that different angles you can hold the system helps me with hand fatigue enough that I can play for 6-10 hours and my switch dies before I’d feel uncomfortable.

There is a grip at Gamestop by YOK and it is $15. It doesn't have its own case, but its great. It looks like it has bigger handles(?) than the one shown here. It also stands up. Definitely worth the price if you want something easier on your hands. I like playing my switch in my bed sometimes and boy does this help.

The best part about this Grip bundle is probably the Travel Case especially for people who travel quite abit, the Grip seems ok and does a good job but for me tho guys the Ipega Grip Controller is possible the best around, it is big n bulky and you do miss out all the bells n whistles of the Joy-Cons but for pure Handheld gamers, it's definitely worth checking out and seeing it's worth getting or not.

Satisfye did their best to make the Switch feel better. Nintendo didn't place the triggers in the right place though! The Pro Controller has them placed juuust right. If only the triggers were placed down a little more it wouldn't feel so awkward. I have to say that the Wii U feel and placement of the buttons was perfect!! But, great job at making the Switch the best it can be in spite of the design flaws made by Nintendo. Thanks!
