For context Stewie and Brain went back in time, the latter warned his past self about 9/11. So Brain stopped it but in doing so lead to another American civil war which lead to a post apocalyptic future. Oh and the Brian f*cked things up again when they went back in time to let 9/11 and he caused his past self to write Harry Potter
