They never mentioned that he was on the youngest playoff winning team in NFL history. No one was ready. Him being there 3 years sitting and learning absolutely helped the whole team get better. Paying one player that much will eventually hurt teams. But in this system he had to be paid like that.

Yes he has one year. But he sat behind arguably the best quarterback in NFL history for 3 years. No other quarterback in his draft and sooner has had this experience.

People that say this are just repeating what everyone else says and dont watch the games. 1) His first half of the season was up and down, he definitely had some great games to start the szn. 2) he was missing his WR1, LT1, star RB1 and TE1 for that portion of the season he struggled, like any other QB would. 3) he had the most amount of games with a 90+ QBR.!
