Speaker Repair, Klipsch K77, EV T35, ST350 Replacement Diaphragm Installation

In this video, we replace the diaphragm on the Klipsch K77M. The Electro Voice T35 and ST350 are similar.

I never would have attempted to replace the K-77-D diaphragm for the high frequency driver in my pair of Klipschorn AK5 speakers, but now I would have the confidence to do so, if I ever needed to repair/refurbish the high frequency drivers. I had always viewed speaker repair as a "dark art" best left to the technicians, but now I realize that Klipsch speaker repairs are not untouchable for the average handyman. Thank for posting! One thing to add...the new gaskets will compress over time. Giving the four phillips screws a second pass after a couple weeks of break-in will ensure nothing leaks / vibrates.

So awesome. Bought these from them off eBay for 30 something bucks, used this video and took me about an hour. La scalas sound great again. Wish I had the solder sucker. Anyway it went well

Thanks for posting this video. The instruction and detail were impeccable. I have a pair of Klipsch cornerhorns and I actually performed this replacement with no instruction about six years ago. After watching this video, I think I may have improperly orientated the diaphram when reinstalling.

Great video..I have many Klipsch speakers...My set of KG3s have blown drivers..(small crack along the edge of the voice coil...any videos available on how to fix this?
