Yes it does!!! Amharic is a grammatically superior and romantic language!!! It has the same origin as Tigrigna, Tigre,Geez,possibly Agew and Guragegna too!!! United and ancient Ethiopia forever!!!

In eritrea that is not true. Each tribe speaks their own language. But for the sake of commerce and effiencicy Arabic is used because to make life easier communicating wise. Especially the muslim population because they all have an understanding of arabic through reading Qur'an.
