Im out in oki for a bit and i want to spear fish with a spear gun but it is illegal. I read a comment you went with fishermen? Who would i talk to to make that happen?

Spear gun fishing is only permitted for commercial fisherman in Japan. Sorry I cant be of help. Sorry for the late reply.

No problem. We are using pole spear. Today we fished near Aha. Very difficult fishing with pole. Lots of big parrots.
