@@saifjawaad thank you! It’s pretty much the whole thing in the beginning, but i use raw cacao instead of coffee for dive days. lower heart rate and less diuretic. Lmk if you have any specific questions, happy to answer 🤙🏽

I hope you've put some ginger root in the ground by now. I recently made a giant jar of ginger powder from a single plant and have been giving it away. 2 other game changers are rosemary powder and various citrus medleys sliced, dehydrated, and blended into a crumbly powder. You'll be elevating your results and hopefully inspiring others to grow some flavor enhancers in the back yards.

@@kivqzw6886 thank you! Not sure, i’ve always been a water person and fell in love w snorkeling first in New Zealand. It’s like checking out to outer space plus you get your own food. That’s a major piece for me. Highest quality food is my obsession. You are literally what you eat, and there’s good energy in hunting it yourself. You can feel it. I didn’t start diving full time till 31 🤙🏽
