There are some videos on youtube that show step by step but depends on how you want to use it. Sun boxes are popular and just require a screen bottom and hinged glass top. My advice for wood projects is just focus on whatever piece you know you can do at that moment and don’t worry about the whole thing. It’ll finish before you know it, just don’t rush anything.

@@kivqzw6886 i have full breakdowns of most of these things in previous episodes but i always dive fasted or on my super-cacao. Stay hydrated with electrolytes starting the day before, and get used to the hunger. It makes you sharp 🤙🏽🤙🏽

I might put some mct oil and a little grassfed butter in my cacao in the morning with functional mushrooms and hour or two before i hit the water but that’s it. Fasting sharpens the senses bc it puts you in survival mode. You’re also not using energy/oxygen to digest while you’re diving and won’t get nauseous or heartburn from being inverted. Hope this helps! 🤙🏽

@@kivqzw6886 i only fast the morning i’m diving (when i’m not doing a scheduled fast). I eat basically what i want any other time, mostly protein, fats, and cholesterol really. I drink electrolyte water all the time and 5-10g creatine a day. There is no eating when fasting. Dealing w the hunger is part of it, but i’m only talking intermittent fasting here, not longer term. That’s a different conversation.
