What do wrasse taste like?

@RichardJackRobertson they're just a typical average tasting white fleshed salt water fish. I personally think they actually taste slightly better than blue cod. Fairly similar to terakihi . But Not as good as butterfish or trevally. So yeah just another average tasting fish. Ppl don't eat them because they're annoying to fillet with all the chubky scales.

Was there the at time. The fishing is terrible there now. Went to havlock an even worse

Was up there a week back and caught cod quota in under 2 hours along with a 4 gurnard to boot. That’s fishing though
