Happy Thanksgiving ! Sure livin it up lol! i always wanted to deep fry catfish skin, no scales, but theyre always in murky dirty water so id think its skin would be muddy, maybe not pine lake bullhead though, yum! Did you know the new Bass ate all our bullhead? caught a 5 pounder at PL, plus some Pickerel. Dink perch n gills... your variety is amazing, so lucky to be 50+ with ocean nature man.

Quick tip on mixing the wasabi sauce to prevent clumps, mix with just enough liquid to turn it into a paste before adding the rest of the liquid. That's a good menu spread for thanksgiving! Now that you've gotten prawns onto the menu I wonder if you will grab some mud crabs from the river, make a little crab broth on the side?
@Nopreshaspearfishing4 күн бұрын
@@ziggybender9125 great tip! I did that on this go and it turned out pretty smooth. The sesame oil makes it a little harder but it was just about perfect 👌🏽 Yep we’re exploring all sustainable foods! I didn’t know we even had mud crabs but now it’s on! 😂 🙏🏽🤙🏽

@@Nopreshaspearfishing Little tip, as a spear fisher you can use fish carcasses to feed crabs in a specific spot to help boost their growth. Just do it quietly like a ninja and don't let anyone know where you're doing it. Traps get taxed too so don't be lazy about it.
