Little tip for your rosemary that I learned growing it for myself. If you get a piece of plastic weed mesh tarp, cut a hole in it, and use it to plant rosemary directly into the ground you will be amazed at the difference in end results. Rosemary loves the heat being soaked in from the sun by the black plastic and will increase it's levels of oils and potency, major difference. Bonus tip: the rosemary salt recipe from Thatdudecancook's channel is legit, especially if you have home grown ingredients. Aloha from Kauai though and it's cool to see you making youtube videos that include home cooking styles.

Looks like you're at Makahanaloa. The fish is spelt Moano ukali. Moano is goatfish, then there's different types of moano which are named according to their growth stages and colors. Moani is a type of breeze and a pleasant wafting smell. Kali means to wait, A~N~D it's also one of a few ways to say 🐈. And I'm not referring to the four-legged one either. Yes, you read right.
