Loving your videos guys and envious you have the privilege to trek with a traditional landowner ...that would be the best experience. The sandpaper like leafed plant you encountered sounds like the SandPaper Fig ( Ficus coronata ) a reasonably common rainforest tree here on the Sunny Coast but found throughout Eastern Australia ,North New South Wales and in some parts of Northen Territory.

Where the heck are your bikes boys. These are the water systems i just love fishing.(water to 1 side with deep gutters). I always ride the bike as far as you can go n walk from there. But that looks prime biking country with out a doubt. Either which-way, you have caught me HOOK, LINE and SINKER this season. Im the guy that has to wait till you have multiple episodes out, coz 1 or 2 episodes just doesnt cut it for me, i can watch this all day. CHEERS guys im looking to become 1 of your patreons after xmas. (1st time patreon to a channel) not for the prizes you offered (will donate if i ever win) but only because it dont matter how many barra's you've caught, its like its your 1st barra that your catching. The comments as your TRYING to land a barra says that you guys are that deep into just landing the fish even though you have already caught a feed. Priceless......GOTTA LOVE AUSSIE LIFESTYLE.
@WildReaches2 жыл бұрын
So much to answer here Trent, sounds like you totally get me with the fishing, there’s something very special about the hunt with Barra, getting everything just right to get the bite. 👌🏼 love it. The bikes, yeah I agree, sometimes with Wal though I like to just walk, talk and connect. And Patreon, we’d love to have you on board mate and would be honoured to be your first Patreon 😉. I thought Id replied to this last week... Weird. Yeah mate, theres some beautiful country in Northern Australia, some untouched and alot cattle grazing country but still very wild and unexplored. Plenty of feral animals causing damage to the eco systems but we try to push on and look for the beauty in it all and do our part where we can.
