There is a very helpless feeling when you get the shiny side down. The safety equipment does an amazing job, but doesn't prevent a lot of the soreness that you have afterwards. My incident at a hill climb had the car several feet off the ground and body slamming into the tarmac. The bottoms of my feet didn't ache, everything else did. Glad you're okay.
