Yung banana leaves kasi will give bibingka a distinct aroma and flavour already, pwede ka sigurong maglagay pero konti lang na pandan water.

The banana leaves gives a distinct flavor to this bibingka during cooking that's why it's traditionally part of the recipe, but can be omitted if not available. Just add a bit of pandan extract in the bibingka batter.
