Sir, i got selected as SM in gdce, i went for initial training due to court case ,after completion of training without revealing results, we were sent back to our initial departments. After 4 months, court case was cleared and results were published and posting was given. Increament will be considered from which date sir? Training period starting date or posting order date after court case?? Pls clarify

Sir there is a question in 35% LDCE S&WI exam : "As per railway services conduct rules 1966, what is the maximum period a Railway servant can remain absent without leave?" and its answer is given 7 in the answer key..... Sir I have not found any such rule in conduct rules, sir is this question is correct..... please clarify sir, if possible🙏
