I am overwhelmed by God's incredible faithfulness.....! This afternoon I wrote out to The Lord..... "Where am I coming short Lord....? What am I missing...? What error is there in my ways and my walk with You and Your body...?" An hour later I came across Paul Washer recommending this study..... and I am now listening, with many tears of thankfulness as it is already doing a work inside of me...! SOLA DEO GLORIA...!!

This is the 1st I’ve heard of this study. After listening to the 1st two introductions I’m longing to join in this Behold Your God pilgrims, seekers, desperately thirsting after Truth. “.... my whole being longs for You, in a dry and parched land where there is no water.“ Ps 63:1(b). Thank you

A lot of people (myself at one time, included) think that forgiveness of sins is all the cross was about. That Jesus died so that we could go to heaven. Then, there's a big void btwn this life and the next in which there's nothing required of us except to be "good Christians". Oh, how MUCH we miss the mark; or rather, miss HIM! The reason for the cross is to restore the relationship. Yes, sin has to be dealt with...but in order to be back with God. All through the Bible God says "They will be my people, and I shall be their God". 1 Peter 3:18 says Christ suffered...in order to bring us to God". If people are in a relationship with someone, isn't it the most natural thing to talk about Him when in the company of other believers? Isn't it obvious to un-believers that you speak of God as much as you do about your spouse and children? If it's a real relationship! I would agree that we in the U.S./West have drifted. Very grateful for this series to help keep me focused and alert.
