I grew up down the street from The Beast. This was cool to see. Thanks for posting!

Great post! Love the design for The Beast truck. Never saw that one very much. Side by Side Tractor Pulling is pretty cool idea, they should be judging the time as well as the pulling distance, then break it down from there..Heartbeat, I remember Brett Engelmann when he drove the Michigan Ice Monster 🔥🏁🔥

I was going to comment that actually.. Cheesy Arena announcer says it like 30 times, with his shirt open and gold chains on 😅

Think they were meaning the tv announcer. Not the monster truck show announcer.

Yep, bigfoot 8. The "truck" that killed the monster trucks for me. They were so cool prior to the tube chassis volkswagon-all-parts-interchange-with-every-"truck" quad runner they are now. They were works of art and car crushing was awesome to watch.

@Weaver Cattle Company Lon Ranger & original red Samson are great examples of "real" monster trucks not today's bullshit
@dragonfly4923 жыл бұрын
@@jamesnoble8205 It's so cool seeing guys in those so call "real" monster trucks get hurt or their backs broken like Jack Wilmer did. Maybe that's why Jack got out of a "real" monster truck and built his self a bullshit truck for safety and better performance like Bob Chandler did. With today's trucks, drivers stand a better chance of having a longer driving career where the can support their self and their family's. In every racing event...track & field, foot ball, golf you better improve or you will be left behind like all of those "real" monster trucks. I doubt Monster Jam will ever replace any of it's trucks today with the cumbersome trucks of the past just to please a few. You can't do a back flip or jump past 100 ft. in a antique and just crushing cars got lame decades ago.

That was in late ‘89 and pre-TNT ‘90. There’s the BIGFOOT Family Reunion from ‘89, this, and Anaheim ‘89 where #8 raced before the HW stripes came along
