@@Grynfelthe probably did pal. In the military you don’t do specifically bodybuilding workouts. For the most part from what I’ve heard they mostly run and do circuits because that trains them and prepares them for what they’ll actually be doing in a warzone I,e running, loading weight onto trucks, pulling teammates if injured etc.

The military guys have insane fitness. It’s more that Foxy can probably do that workout all day every day with very little sleep, then run all night carrying heavy kit. Bob Shepherd wrote of his time as a warrant officer responsible for training and selection for UKSF. The cut-off time for the Fan Dance (24km up Pen-Y-Fan and down the other side, turn round, and come back to the start wearing 45lb pack), was 4hrs 10 mins, he had recruits stay with his pace and come back in 2hrs 47mins. This is a really stupid question I'm sure, but can someone precisely define what positive foot placement and neutral spine mean. Obviously I feel like I've got a general idea, but what specific definitive points do you need to remember.
@kristenarcher5996
@kristenarcher5996 Жыл бұрын
Neutral spine just means making sure you keep your back straight as a rod, dont round it (cat back) or let it sag (cow back). Positive foot placement means making sure your toes stay pointed straight ahead, not flared outwards or inwards. Imagine there is a straight line shooting out of your big toe in front of you, try to keep your whole foot and knee along that line.

start with your pull up bar set low down, so your feet are on the ground 1st to support your body weight .. only try 1 or two pull ups at a time ( reps ) do this until you are finding it becomes possible/ easy. over about 1 - 2 weeks then... increase the amount you do over each session - 2 to 3 Once you can comfortably pull your chin up over the bar. then... begin to raise the bar up a few inches. and go back down to 1- 2 pull ups.. start small and slowly and you will find after a month you have improved. remember to keep breathing.

Totally impractical. You have sign up for a special gym to do this workout. It's more of a marketing gimmick. You can simply go to a normal gym and do deadlift, squats and bench press and military press.
