This is a really stupid question I'm sure, but can someone precisely define what positive foot placement and neutral spine mean. Obviously I feel like I've got a general idea, but what specific definitive points do you need to remember.
@kristenarcher5996 Жыл бұрын
Neutral spine just means making sure you keep your back straight as a rod, dont round it (cat back) or let it sag (cow back). Positive foot placement means making sure your toes stay pointed straight ahead, not flared outwards or inwards. Imagine there is a straight line shooting out of your big toe in front of you, try to keep your whole foot and knee along that line.

start with your pull up bar set low down, so your feet are on the ground 1st to support your body weight .. only try 1 or two pull ups at a time ( reps ) do this until you are finding it becomes possible/ easy. over about 1 - 2 weeks then... increase the amount you do over each session - 2 to 3 Once you can comfortably pull your chin up over the bar. then... begin to raise the bar up a few inches. and go back down to 1- 2 pull ups.. start small and slowly and you will find after a month you have improved. remember to keep breathing.
