I was trying to recruit a Dwarf-Hater and he went deranged. I went to recruit him, he called me a filthy stinking dwarf, and then I got a popup saying “Enraged by Dwarves”. I haven’t laughed that hard in a while.

I love that. This particular Olog, when deranged, can get that particular Enrage strength... and it's *you* that sets him off, because he thinks you're a Dwarf. Outside of the Baranor DLC, there are no dwarves in the game.

A lot of people give him hate but let's see it from his perspective. War trolls were specifically bred and raised to be vicious warriors in Sauron's army. He was likely born a few years before the first game, among orcs who live in Mordor. To him it seemed like the Orcs were the rightful dwellers of Mordor. I believe this was shortly after Durin's descendants had tried to retake Moria which he likely heard stories of, and it would make sense that there were other areas dwarves were mining and fighting orcs. To him these were dangerous invaders, stealing natural resources and killing those close to him (perhaps a dwarf killed his blood brother). All the other dark forces were mainly focused on elves and humans, but he realised the hidden threat of dwarves and swore to stop them from terrorising Mordor.
