I'm pretty happy with my Diansheng 9x9. After lubing and lowering the tension slightly it turns really well for a 9x9 (It turns better than my really old shengshou 5x5 I got like a decade ago). It reaches a good balance of magnetic strength and total cube weight. However I would never speed solve the 9x9 so the magnets in the cube are more like quality of life. I don't feel comfortable magnet modding a different brand 9x9 so this does the job well and isn't absurdly heavy. My only gripe is the waste of plastic, they could've definitely cut down on that packaging a lot. I do like that they give you a bag for the cube though. Nice addition because most cubing stores only sell bags that hold 5x5 and below and those same bags can barely hold a 7x7 if you squeeze it in. BTW I had the same issue with the plastic box it came in as well. They really shouldn't put the cube in that box, the box is stupid and is just a waste of hard plastic.

I must say I quite enjoy the CH RM3M, despite the added weight, for me it just fixes the annoying instability that I never quite managed to fix on a normal RS3M. The effect is very subtle, but it is there and it makes it just so much better, at least for me. No regrets there at all.

10:13 Hopes not required. Your translator is right here. Page 1: How to Play * The cube has 4 major ways to play, which both challenges your brain power and speed 1. All pops challenge Rule: Turn the cube and make all blue blocks on each face pop out 2. All pops solve challenge Rule: Do all pops challenge, then solve it 3. Non-all pops solve challenge _Self explanatory. Not translating that_ 4. Draw card and solve challenge Rule: Draw a card from the 10 cards _that J Perm can't figure out how to use_ , pick a face, and scramble the cube to that state. Yellow means the block is popped out and blue means the opposite Page 2: Block Popping Schematic _Just tells you the possible configurations of each face_ Page 3: Challenge Mode The 4 major playing styles can be played in singleplayer or multiplayer _(r u minecraft?)_ . Different modes, same enjoyment. 1. Singleplayer challenge mode Use a phone or a stackmat timer to count your time. The faster the better _(duh)_ 2. Multiplayer mode _Can't see clearly but I guess it tells you to find a friend and compete with the time to solve the cube_

the OS cube works by having magnets. since same sides of magnets repel they have it set up so that as the cube turns the magnets get close enough to where they would repel/attract other magents. Becuase of the way the magnets are set up they push the pieces on the sides out so that's why turning different sides does different things.

@J Perm Got a question for you. When I buy a new cube, I can set it up perfectly. It works great for that day. This happened with the GAN 11 M, GAN 356 XS and the WR M. But the next day, I try it and it no longer turns smoothly. It's like it takes more force to turn. It sticks halfway. The magnets even feel stronger though I doubt it has anything to do with it. I then think it's the lube, so I clean it completely, but it's still the same. I try changing the settings to no avail. The only cube that has survived day 2 so far is the GAN 12 Maglev. Any ideas what is causing this? I can't be the only one who has this happen to them. I'm really sad about the GAN 11 M. Loved that cube. But it's actually gotten worse over time.

@@rifdyrishad7 I've tried both GAN lube and lunar. Same results. I have weight 5, galaxy, nebula and martian. Haven't tried those yet. I'll try weight 5. Not sure what would be fast or smooth lube.
@alienrenders2 жыл бұрын
I think the lube gets in the center pieces and dries up. I think that's why the GAN 12 Maglev is the one that works the best because there's no actual contact there. But even this cube is getting slower as the sides start to stick. edit: Trying Weight 5 with martian on my GAN 12 that was starting to slow down. Feels ok so far. Still a bit sticky. I really don't want to loosen it. But better than it was. We'll see if it lasts more than a couple days. edit2: Yeah, Weight 5 with 2 drops of Martian took about 2 hours of cubing before it started feeling good again. It's really good right now. Getting better and better. It's almost perfect. We'll see if it lasts. You gotta be an alchemist now to see what combination of lube works best. But maybe Weight 5 is good enough and the others are crap. Dunno.
